IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND SEPARATE LETTERS FROM EACH MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
Multiple signatories on one letter only count as one objection!
WHAT TO WRITE:
Whilst you will want to write a letter that best reflects your personal views, it is important that your objections are relevant under Planning Law. Quite remarkably, the impact upon your house value is not an acceptable objection under planning law. Nonetheless, to assist you with writing an objection letter, we have produced a summary of objections that you may wish to raise. Click here to open the document.
You can select the aspects you feel most strongly about or merely use the template.
