You can read all the information on the specific application by visiting the AVDC website:
WHO TO WRITE TO:
If you are willing to write a letter, you should object in writing to Bill Nicholson at the Planning Office.
Please be sure to quote the Planning Application reference number 11/02798/APP and give your full name and address, stating clearly that you object to the application
1. You can e-mail Bill Nicholson at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Post your letter to:
Mr B. Nicholson
Area Planning Officer
Aylesbury Vale District Council
66 High Street
3. You can submit comments directly on-line at http://www.aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk/planning-building/planning-applications/what-happens/making-comments/. You will need to register on the AVDC website in order to do this.
4. It is also crucially important that you make your views known to the politicians who you have elected to support your community. Make sure you send a copy of your letter to your District Councillor, your County Councillor and of course your MP. Details are here:Councillors_and_MPs.doc
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND SEPARATE LETTERS FROM EACH MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
Multiple signatories on one letter only count as one objection!
WHAT TO WRITE:
Whilst you will want to write a letter that best reflects your personal views, it is important that your objections are relevant under Planning Law. Quite remarkably, the impact upon your house value is not an acceptable objection under planning law. Nonetheless, to assist you with writing an objection letter, we have produced a summary of objections that you may wish to raise. Click here to open the document.
You can select the aspects you feel most strongly about or merely use the template.
